Developing your own meditation practice will enhance your life by helping you to relax, reduce stress, and focus on the important things in your life. In addition to the spiritual benefits of peace and tranquility, meditation, for as little as 20 minutes three times a week, has been shown to lower blood pressure, strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems, improve concentration and attention, as well as allows us to become better communicators. Do something good for all of your bodies (spiritual, mental, physical) and sign up today for the next four week course.
“Meditation, as an ongoing practice, allows my life to be the best it can be—physically, mentally, and spiritually. My goal is to share this holistic awareness with others so that they may improve their lives as well.”
Chel’s singular interest is in the health psychology field studying mind-body-spirit integration. Her meditation practice has evolved over a thirty year period, during which she has examined different forms of meditation. Recently, Chel has modified her eight week meditation program that imparts the flavor of the most recognized meditation styles. Her philosophy is eclectic, combining examples of East and West.
